Estech began with a simple observation: Kenyan businesses deserved an IT partner that paired global-brand hardware with local accountability. We started small in Parklands, focused on corporate workstation supply, and earned the trust of clients one careful deployment at a time.

The terms below govern every product and service supplied by Estech Limited. Tap any section to expand.
All products supplied by Estech Limited are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period specified by the original equipment manufacturer. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and reported within the warranty period.
Services are delivered in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Changes to scope may result in adjustments to timeline and pricing.
Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Laws of Kenya.
